Hi again, I’ve just received the latest racing preview from Mal Boyle with details of all the upcoming racing between now and Sunday.
There’s the regular Friday evening All-Weather meeting from Dundalk, as well as jumps racing from Gowran Park and Fairyhouse, ending the week at Navan whose card includes the Grade 1 Navan Novice Hurdle: it’s a pity that only 4 runners are scheduled to go to post for this one, though.
THURSDAY 15/12:
GOWRAN PARK:
General stats: Kieran Purcell boasts an LSP of over 349 points at the venue and his one potential runner on the card at the time of writing was Black Empress who might run well from an each way perspective. More obvious winners on the card will no doubt emerge from the Willie Mullins stable.
4YO maiden hurdle event scheduled for 1.05: Favourites have secured three gold and one bronze medal to date via just the four renewals.
Mares handicap hurdle scheduled for 2.35: We still await the first winning favourite as all seven gold medallists have been returned in double figures at odds ranging between 10/1 and 16/1.
Three mile maiden hurdle scheduled for 3.05: Five-year-olds have won the last six renewals during which time, three successful market leaders were recorded.
FRIDAY 16/12:
DUNDALK:
General stats: Kevin Ryan continues to raid Dundalk to good effect with the trainer holding four entries this week. Kevin’s strike rate sands at 8/24 whilst offering an LSP figure of twenty four points.
Six furlong handicap scheduled for 6.10: We still await the first winning favourite with just one market leader having finished in the frame to date via three renewals.
SATURDAY 17/12:
FAIRYHOUSE:
General stats: J.P. MacManus rules the roost in terms of ownership in Ireland as is generally known, though his runners at Fairyhouse during the last five years have produced a level stake loss of 142 points.
Two mile handicap hurdle scheduled for 1.15: Last year’s successful favourite was the first to oblige for nine years. Six-year-olds come to the gig on a four-timer, having secured five of the last nine contests.
Beginners’ Chase scheduled for 2.45: Favourites have occupied the runner up position in both renewals thus far, finishing behind seven-year-olds in the process.
Two mile five furlong beginners chase event scheduled for 2.15: Six-year-olds lead the seven-year-olds 5-4 in races contested during the last decade.
INH flat race scheduled for 3.25: Three of the last four favourites have prevailed.
SUNDAY 18/12:
NAVAN:
General stats: Reizovic was John Kiely’s only potential runner on the card at the time of writing, the trainer having saddled five winners via twenty two runners (five point LSP) at the venue in recent years.
Grade 1 Navan Novice Hurdle scheduled for 1.35: Five-year-olds have secured six of the last nine contests. Although only two favourites have scored during the study period, the biggest priced winner was returned at just 8/1.
You keep doing this….it is very annoying….it usually means having to wade through the whole
internet card and often you don’t find him because the horse was’nt entered after all.
Please pout the name of the race or the time , or distance in future.
General stats: Reizovic was John Kiely’s only potential runner on the card at the time of writing, the trainer having saddled five winners via twenty two runners (five point LSP) at the venue in recent years.
This ois just an example of the inaccuracies in your service, due no doubt to all work and no play!!!

Hi,
If you go to http://horses.sportinglife.com/Abc/0,12527,t_0,00.html it gives you a list of trainers with horses running on that day.
You can then select the name of the trainer to see which horses they have out.
