WEEKEND CHANGES:

Saturday’s work includes everything for Saturday, Sunday and Monday – I am away for the weekend following this week’s stressful medical experience and will be back in full situ on Tuesday.

SATURDAY’S WORK will be as offered as usual – but SUNDAY’S and MONDAY’S will be in limited format.

I will offer as much as I can realistically but for obvious reasons, there will by no MMA and In form trainer services.

All three days will be on the same page on Saturday, listed in date order as you scroll down the page. Thanks for your patience and understanding.  Thankfully as I am writing this news, Friday is turning out to be a wonderful day, at least up until 16.00 as I write this message.

As always, I wish you the very best for the weekend and into the start of next week.

Be lucky but as ever – be aware!
