Early Monday Morning Market News at 7.00:


2.55: Hills offer 33/1 about Ashington which looks too big, especially hailing from Luca Cumani’s in form team

3.25: 15/2 about Field Of Vision looks slightly big at 15/2 with Bet365 if you fancy the horse – 6/1 generally at the time of writing

4.25: Skybet & PP offer 11/2 about Haulani which is out of line with most firms – only 7/2 with Coral

5.25: World Record could prove to popular at 2/1 with Skybet – 6/4 with at least two of the bigger firms


2.45: Paddy Power stand out a fraction offering 11/2 about Orchestrated – only 7/2 with Hills

3.45: PP and BetStars look a tad big at 4/1 about Abbeygrey – as short as 11/4 with Coral

4.45: Pengos Boy might set the phones ringing at PP this morning at 11/2 – 4/1 with some firms


2.05: The only horse for money is Skeaping

2,35: Red Giant and Johnny Go were the only horses standing their ground in the market at the time of writing

3.05: The 4/1 offer by PP for Pikarnia might not last long…

4.05: PP look like they might have set their alarm clocks a little late for Perth this morning – Devilsgoldengirl probably too big at 11/2

5.05: Buy Mistake is the only horse not drifting this morning – solid at 5/2 at present


By popular demand I have dropped the in form trainer stats when the relevant handlers have ‘only’ saddled two recent winners, irrespective of how many horses have been saddled.  People were suggesting that there were too many horses to choose from whereby from today, only trainers who have saddled three of more ‘recent’ winners will be included.

Just a reminder, that all stats are based on a ‘current’ minimum 25% strike rate unless truly outstanding level stake profits have been realised via a slightly inferior ratio.
