Mal Boyle Stats – Monday 18th

MAL BOYLE STATS – MONDAY 18TH

Sunday’s school report:

14 races yesterday – 15 MMA horses offered – 3 WINNERS at 7/1 (returned at 4/1), 9/2 (9/4) & 7/2 (3/1) + 4 placed at 11/1, 10/1, 7/1 & 13/2 – all biggest than their starting prices.

Yet another Placepot success yesterday at Salisbury, albeit just 19 points of profit made – better than losing though!

On the football front, I suggested that Mexico would be “difficult to knock over” but that said, who could have predicted their defeat & Brazil’s failure to win at around 22/1 for the double!

TWO YEAR OLD NOTES:

2.00 Ayr:

Hurricane Hero is proving surprisingly easy to back in the dead of night, whereby Society Queen should be up to going one better after a decent silver medal effort on her first day at school.

2.15: Carlisle:

The only positive (realistic) money in the exchange queue at the time of writing is for Xtara in a race which would otherwise have been bypassed.

5.50 Nottingham:

Richard Spencer suggested earlier in the year that Stay Classy was probably a six furlong type, whereby her promising effort over the minimum trip on debut has surely set her up nicely for this prize.

6.30 Windsor:

Nefarious is attracting support at the time of writing though if that money is not sustained during the day and Implicit tightens up in the market, that would be the route to take.

7.00 Windsor:

David Evans has won six of the last seven renewals of this event whereby his two entries are the horses to focus on, namely Irene’s Prince and Blasim, from my viewpoint at least.
