Mal Boyle Stats – Saturday 16th

MAL BOYLE STATS – SATURDAY 16th JUNE

Friday’s school report:

Mal’s World Cup football service hit the back of the net yesterday when stating that Portugal should be leading at half time at odds of 39/10, whilst claiming that Iran (3/1 winners) were certainly not out of the game against Morocco because of their great defence of late against ordinary teams which has now spanned to ten successive ‘clean sheets’ in World Cup matches.

3 MMA winners were recorded at 9/1 (returned at 11/2), 6/1 (9/2) and 5/2 (13/8) whilst my Two Year Old Notes sector flourished with winners at 8/1, 9/4 & 2/1.

Stat attack winners scored at 5/1, 11/4 & 9/4 whilst two of Mark Johnston’s three designated runners produced a 13/2 double.

Mal landed his seventh Placepot success in the last nine days whilst the two runners he nominated in the last leg produced a 22/1 forecast.

TWO YEAR OLD NOTES:

2.10 Chester:

Look Out Louis and Gabrial The Wire (listed in marginal order of preference) have been allocated favourable stalls in traps one and two respectfully and it would come as no shock to find the winner emerging from this pair, especially as both horses have attracted plenty of exchange interest early doors this morning.

3.30: Bath:

11/2 was on offer for Happy Harmony in the dead of night which represented some value, given that Richard Hannon’s runners are generally needing their debut outings this year before reaching fever pitch.  Silvestre’s mount ran well enough at the first time of asking in a Conditions contest at Musselburgh to suggest that a 9/2 quote might have been nearer the mark today.  That said, Mick Channon’s 4/5 strike rate with his juveniles here at Bath this year suggests that Solesmes is a tad overpriced at 10/1 as well!

4.40 York:

Kevin Ryan has saddled more two-year-old winners (36 in total) on the Knavesmire than at any other track in the land down the years, which is a fine testament to his training skills.  The fact that Kevin is a just a few pence down in level stake terms in the relevant twenty years of service adds additional admiration for a trainer who continues to offer his clients value for money which few can surpass.  Hopefully, Rathbone can help to turn the slight red LSP figure into black this afternoon.

6.10 Leicester:

There is no obvious support for Lady Mona from Clive Cox’s yard at the time of writing, whereby the chance for Chaleur to go one better than on her Kempton debut is improved, though diving into a filly from an all weather debut effort into a contest on turf at the cramped odds on offer will be gambled by braver souls than yours truly!
