Mal Boyle Stats – Sunday 11th

Saturday’s school report:

10/1, 7/1 and 7/2 MMA winners (alongside successful short priced selections) were welcomed yesterday, whilst having named 7/1 winner Fearsome in the ‘Ahead of the Game’ service.  Throw in a 66/1 winner (some of you were on at 80/1 I hear) via the in form sector and we can go into Sunday’s foray in decent order.  That said, the in form trainer service will be suspended after that great winner yesterday to re-establish names for the forthcoming week.  Best of luck today.

‘AHEAD OF THE GAME’:

SUNDAY:

EXETER:

2.00: Five renewals have slipped by since the last favourite scored though that said, the five relevant gold medallists scored at a top price of 8/1.  Six-year-olds have secured five of the last nine contests.

2.30: Favourites of on description or another have secured six of the last eight renewals, all eight having won at a top price of 9/2.  Five-year-olds have won six of the last seven contests, whilst Paul Nicholls leads Colin Tizzard 3-2 via the last seven events.

3.05: Seven and eight-year-olds have equally shared the four contests to date. Just one favourite has prevailed, though a top price of 8/1 has been recorded.

4.10: Eight-year-olds have won three of the last five renewals.

4.40: Seven-year-olds have secured three of the last four contests.

AYR:

Gordon Elliott has sent two runners over from Ireland, offering stats of 7/44 at the track during this career.  If that ratio is a little disappointing by Gordon’s high standards, I should also point out that 12 of his beaten horses have finished second, with another seven having snared the bronze medal.  For the record, Gordon has eight possible runners here at Ayr on Tuesday.

Rose Dobbin has declared just the one runner (Smuggler’s Stash – 4.30) with the trainer boasting recent stats of 6/14, figures which have produced level profit stakes of 16 points.
