Introduction to Downpatrick Racecourse
Situated in the beautiful countryside of County Down, and one of only two race courses in Northern Ireland, Downpatrick is the oldest track in all of Ireland. Hosting both flat and jump racing throughout the year, the highlight of the racing calendar at Downpatrick is the Ulster National, run in February each year.
