The New HR.ie “Ratings System”
Today I added another VERY cool feature to “Horse-Racing.ie” that I’m sure will prove very useful to you!
This is nothing new to product comparison websites, or even sites like Amazon or Yahoo Stores, but in the betting industry I don’t think anyone EVER has provided the punter – the people who are actually using the products and services we review on our website themselves – with the ability to truly voice their opinion in a way like we have now… until today!
What I’ve just done is install an Ajax based “Ratings System”, which is very, very cool, and what this enables you to do is rate the products and services you’ve purchased according to a number of different variables, for example… “performance”, “profitability”, “ease of use” and “support”, so that anyone else reading the reviews can make an educated decision on what the masses, the people who matter, actually think of them!
I think this is an excellent addition that will compliment the comments on each review perfectly. Now you can rate every review, then leave your own comments to let others know how you feel about them!
It doesn’t get any more transparent than that!
Please note that I’m aware of a small bug that’s preventing you from entering a rating on some of the reviews, but I’m working on this now and within the next few days I should hopefully have that resolved…
